Do we have to stop using Tally?
No. Tally stays your accounts. Autoryx reads bills, ledgers, stock and purchase orders from it, and writes back only sales orders, so your accountant works exactly as before.
Is it only for auto parts?
It was built for auto parts distribution and works for any distributor who sells to dealers or shops through field reps - lubricants, electricals, hardware, FMCG and more.
Do we have to take all nine products?
No. Most distributors start with one - usually the order desk or the dealer app - and add the next when the team is comfortable. They are built to work together, so nothing is re-entered when you add one.
Do my dealers need to install anything?
They can use the Android app or simply open the link on their phone, and log in with their mobile number.
Is my reps' location tracked all day?
No. Location is taken only when a rep starts or ends his day and checks in or out of a shop. That is enough to know the visit was real, without tracking people.
What if Tally is off or the internet is slow?
Dealers and reps still see the last checked copy of a ledger with its "as on" time, and new orders wait in the office until Tally is back. Nothing is lost and nothing wrong is shown.
How is it priced?
